Cardi B and These Other Artists Made Millions with OnlyFans

There is no question that most of our favourite artists have looked to other ventures to elevate their wealth. From liquor, branded merchandise to restaurants, you name it. In recent years however, they seem to have found a pot of gold in OnlyFans.

For those who don't know, OnlyFans is a video subscription platform that allows you to upload your videos and have others subscribe to your channel at a price to view your videos. You can still put them up for free if you want to though. This platform has a reputation for its x-rated content, although it is not only for this type of content.

Iggy Azalea

Iggy Azalea joined the infamous platform in January and she is apparently making mad bucks, even surpassing Cardi B who had joined way before her.

Marca reports that the Australian rapper, has earned a staggering $48 million on her OnlyFans account, allegedly making her the highest earning celebrity on the platform. Iggy is using the platform to promote her upcoming multimedia project titled Hotter Than Hell. The project is said to consist of illustrations, poetry, photography, videos, music and her fourth upcoming album.

Cardi B

Cardi B didn't do badly herself as she bagged $45 million during her time on the platform. She used OnlyFans to promote her video with Megan Thee Stallion for the WAP song and made it clear that she won't be posting any explicit nudes on her account.

She deactivated the account afterwards.

Bhad Bhabie

Bhad Bhabie made waves too when she joined the platform.

Forbes reports that she made over $41 million dollars in the year 2021. With $24 per month, subscribers still pay to see her in bathing suits, lingerie and who knows what else.

Bhabie never shied away from showing her fans the proof of her OnlyFans earnings. Just recently she shared screenshots on Insta, showing the millions she was making on the platform in November 2021. As of 30 November 2023, she is still active on the platform.

Tyga

Tyga made about $20 million on OnlyFans. The California rapper gave fans the inside view of his luxurious life and the x-rated stuff.

When OnlyFans announced it would ban the explicit content on their platform,Tyga deleted his account to launch his competitor platform known as Myystar.

Chris Brown

Anyhoo, Chris Brown is another guy who did big numbers on the platform with $15m in the bag.

In November 11, 2020, he went on Twitter (now X) to announce that he's joined OnlyFans. Many people figured his career was over when he pulled this move, charging people $20 to subscribe to his channel. Little did they know that this would work in his favour.

Breezy deleted his account some time afterwards.

DJ Khaled, Fat Joe and Others

So many other artists have used this platform to their advantage.

While most artists have used it to make money from the subscriptions, DJ Khaled and Fat Joe chose to let their channel be free. The duo has declared that their channel is not for sexual content, it is "for fans to get exclusive motivational and inspirational content".

You know any other artist making crazy money from OF? Or maybe what kind of content they are sharing there? Don't hesitate to let me know what you think.
